Rathbone Cleaning & Maintenance Limited are an estate maintenance company.  We work closely with Managing Agents, Letting Agents and Facilities Management Companies, most of whom are longstanding clients.  We operate across London, Essex and the surrounding counties.
 
All our staff are fully uniformed, friendly, reliable and trustworthy, we pride ourselves on our customer service and a testament to this was our nomination for Best Service provider of the year (2012-13).

Services covered:

Cleaning and maintenance of internal and external communal areas including - vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning and polishing communal door furniture.
Grounds maintenance including - litter picking, weed control, upkeep of lawned areas, hedges, beds and shrubbery, leaf collection and clearance, path clearance and car park maintenance.
Bin rooms/areas sanitised.
Interior window cleaning carried out using traditional methods.
External window cleaning, carried out using our water fed pole system.
Polishing and buffing of hard floors including stripping and repolishing.
Carpet cleaning – using extraction method
Gutters cleared and maintained.
Light bulbs checked, changed and safely disposed of.
Removal and disposal of large items from site – we are a licenced waste carrier.
Graffiti removed.
Site reviews – advise on areas that could be improved upon and how specific problem areas could be resolved.
Lock repairs.
Small electrical repairs carried out.
Meter readings carried out.
